Our years of research have resulted in some unique capabilities that we are able to offer to industry.  The work we have done for industrial clients includes:

• Pilot plant trials in our ohmic processing facility.  This includes aseptic trials with packaging in jars or pouches and pasteurizing trials with hot fill

• Electrical conductivity determination of samples.

• Design and manufacture of custom ohmic heating cells and electrical conductivity measuring equipment

• Ohmic peeling trials

• High pressure processing of small samples

• Other design/build projects for related research
